The ASI HelpNet is free and only available to customers that are currently enrolled in the Software Update Plan. If you do not already have a login name and password to access the HelpNet, click on the logo HelpNet logo above to obtain one.

The HelpNet and all of its features are not limited to just one person in your organization. Everyone in your organization may sign up for and access HelpNet features such as: Recorded video tutorials in the Learning Center, full product documentation for all currently available iMIS offerings, and the ability to post and view answers to questions about iMIS.
