iMIS Chapter Management
Finally, there is a way to keep your chapter records organized easily and efficiently! Now you can inform your chapters on a timely basis with valuable reports on customer activity, the addition of new customers, existing customers who have moved, customers who have not renewed, and more.

iMIS Relationship Management
Offers organizations a way to keep up with relationships between individuals as well as companies. You can link any record in your iMIS database to any other record, linking individuals to individuals, individuals to companies, and companies to companies. This module allows you to create and manage unlimited types of relationships.

iMIS Subscription Fulfillment
Designed for customers with multiple periodicals. The system tracks multiple publications, multiple subscription classes, and creates 2nd Class Mailing labels and postal reports as well as audit trails for large mailings. You can introduce new periodicals and add to or change subscription rate tables at any time, and you can track back-issues.

iMIS Professional Referral
Generate, manage, and distribute the referral requests you receive. The legal, medical, and building industries, as well as other professions, often turn to their partner organizations to help them find new clients. This module allows you to efficiently manage the details of providing professional referrals of your customers.

Database Management

iMIS Xtender
Although not an optional module, the iMIS Xtender is a component that adds functionality and value to iMIS. The iMIS Xtender, a new add-on component for iMIS, takes iMIS to the next level in openness and customizability. With iMIS Xtender, customers, resellers, and third-party integration specialists will be able to create complementary applications that add to or enhance functionality of the standard iMIS system utilizing industry standard languages of choice, such as Visual Basic or Delphi. For a list of already created iMIS Xtender applications go to the ASI Customer Home Page and select Utilities.

iMIS Duplicate Merge Manager
Solve your duplicate record problems with no wasted effort: this module merges two or more duplicate records into one single record and deletes the other duplicate record. Duplicate Merge Manager locates all potential duplicate records and lets you decide which records to retain, merge, or delete.

iMIS Export Utility
An advanced tool that uses templates created by ASI or affiliates to export data from iMIS. It features extensive user-defined filters and calculations, and it can create activity records in iMIS to record the exported information. The module can also update other fields in iMIS as part of the export process.

iMIS Symmetry
Allows two or more iMIS systems to maintain shared information on a common group of customers or contacts, such as when a local chapter shares data with its national office. iMIS Symmetry tracks certain types of changes made to customer records on each system, and it replicates the change on other systems, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.

iMIS Exposition Management
Manage the day-to-day activities of your expositions by tracking all phases of the process, from mailing the initial prospectus to closing the show. You can create exhibitor badges, track service contractors, and exposition forms, manage wait lists and reservations, and maintain an up-to-date prospect list to help you sell the show.

iMIS Exhibition Management
Organizations that manage trade shows will find this module practical and streamlined. Exhibition Management provides inquiries and reports on booths sold, booths available, and exhibitors registered. You can also create prospect lists from historical exhibitors files to use for telemarketing and contact management.

iMIS Continuing Education Units
Organizations who award educational credits for people attending their conferences or the educational offerings of other related providers would find this module a useful extension to Meetings Management. The module easily tracks CEU credits earned at your meetings and seminars, prints high quality personalized certificates for attendees, and provides long-term CEU histories.

iMIS Hotel Room Block Management
Works as an extension to iMIS Events Management, so that you can quickly generate event-specific bookings of blocks of hotel rooms.

iMIS Speaker Evaluation
Another extension to iMIS Events Management, Speaker Evaluation allows you to store text-based meeting evaluation data, as well as overall numeric ratings for each of your speaker/meeting evaluation categories.

iMIS Certification Management
Organizations who act as the certifying body for their user’s professions will find this module indispensable. It enables you to track, report, and analyze all data relating to the certification status of individuals. Organizations serving customers in the fields of facilities management, optics, association management, and nuclear medicine have used this module.

Orders Management

iMIS Order Processing and Inventory Control
You can track the sale of products and services within your iMIS database. This module passes historical information resulting from product sales directly into the contact’s activity history file for future inquiry and analysis. The Order Processing and Inventory Control modules work together, so you must purchase them as a unit.

iMIS Payment Importer
Provides an interface for third parties to electronically update the Dues or the Order Processing systems in iMIS.

iMIS Advanced Order Entry
The Order Entry module is a full scale, powerful yet easy-to-use package with the major benefit of operating in the iMIS integrated environment. Directly tied to the iMIS contact database, Advanced Order Entry saves you from the necessity of maintaining another separate and distinct customer database. It also passes historical information resulting from product sales right into the contact’s activity history file for future inquiry and analysis purposes.

AR/Cash

iMIS Credit Card Authorization
Accept credit card payments and have the transaction approved dynamically over the Internet. A third-party credit card vendor, CyberCash, which ships with the Service Central and Credit Card Authorization modules, provides the online processing.

iMIS Deferred Income Processing
Provides organizations with the ability to recognize deferred income for Dues/Subscription Items and meeting revenues. A projection report allows you to review the status of how much of the current balance in deferred income will be recognized in each future period.

iMIS General Ledger Interface
Allows you to electronically transfer financial transactions that have been entered or processed in iMIS. This interface exports your iMIS transaction data for import into the most popular accounting software programs. In addition, it allows you to define whether transactions will be detailed or in a summary.

iMIS Refunds
An extension of the iMIS Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Interface capabilities, this module is available for selected third-party Accounts Payable and General Ledger packages. It integrates with all case receipt activities of the iMIS system that have the possibility of a refund.

iMIS Service Central
Offer faster and easier service to your customers and donors with Service Central, one window from which to process all of their payments for dues/donations, meetings/events, and orders. You can now, sell products and services from various areas and pay for them with a single check or credit card transaction. You can also authorize credit card payments using the third-party credit card vendor, CyberCash, which ships with the Service Central module.
