Tip of the Month - February, 2001

I have been looking into email Response in GPSFO 6.0 and somehow I am really not sure about the extent of its functionality. I think its been primarily designed for group shared emails. Can it be used to work as a complete mail system letting the users replace outlook (or similar mail systems at all)?

eMail Response is designed to work with your mail system like Outlook, not replace it. The vanilla functionality is basically is to allow a contact the ability to send an e-mail to a mailbox (outlook) and eMail Response will automatically create an SR or Activity for that contact based on the way it is setup.
