Tip of the Month - January, 2001

Currently, all the activities I do get assigned to the calendar. Even things like a 2 min call to a customer. That makes my calendar very cluttered and also makes data big to transfer to Palm.

Any activity that has a start date and time will show in the calendar. If you do not assign this it shouldn't be in the calendar. There is also a "suppress calendar" checkbox that you can check in v6.0.
