Is there any way to print more detail information on the General Ledger Trial Balance report, i.e. the actual vendor or customer rather than Payables Trx?

If the Description field in the Payables Transaction Entry window is blank, the words "Payables Trx" will print on the General Ledger Trial Balance report. In order to provide additional detail, enter a more detailed description into the Description field in this window. Another option you can utilize, which some Customers and Partners find useful, is to modify the Trial Balance by adding a conditional expression that instructs the report to print a blank instead of the generic phrase, "Payables Trx."
