The method to calculate realistic named user counts for eApplications (eChannel,eCustomer,etc.)

This is a somewhat complicated calculation but we have developed a "safe harbor" way of applying this calculation. Basically, you need one concurrent user license for each 100 registered web visitors with eCustomer. You need one concurrent license for each 40 registered partners with eChannel
