Linking Crystal Reports Into iMIS When the Reports are Stored on the Server

When linking a Crystal report into iMIS, you must fill in the Report File/Format field on the Detail Parameters window. If you only type in NameofReport.rpt, iMIS will look for this report in the custrpts folder, then in the stdrpts folder on the local workstation.
If you store the reports on a LAN drive, simply include the full path to the Crystal report on the server in the Report File/Format field. If several workstations will be accessing the reports on a LAN drive, map the same drive letter on every workstation to the stdrpts and custrpts folders on the LAN drive.
