Create GoToWebinar meetings from iMIS Events

 

Trigger: Event Created in iMIS

   

Action: GoToWebinar Meeting Created
  • Set up GoToWebinar Meetings as an event type.
  • Create an IQA that identifies all GoToWebinar meeting-type events (be sure IQA includes all event details required by GoToWebinar for meeting creation).
   
  • Using the results from the IQA, create the meeting in GoToWebinar and populate the GTW panel in iMIS from the returned GTW data.
